Create three separate columns
Organise your questions under qualifying investment, application costs and ongoing obligations. This makes it easier to see which money is being invested and which amounts pay for services or government processing.
Ask about each person applying
Family composition can affect both eligibility and cost. Ask for a written breakdown for each person and note any age thresholds that could matter before filing.
Check the payment sequence
Record when payments fall due, who receives them and what happens if an application is withdrawn or refused. Confirm official payment instructions independently before transferring funds.
Plan for what happens afterwards
Ask about holding periods, renewals, property costs, insurance and reporting. Review investment risk separately with appropriate professionals. A residence or citizenship application does not guarantee an investment return.
